Training Kids For Steve

Training Kids for Speed is an E-book by Steve Bennett. The goal is to combine modern sprint training ideas with methods for developing athletes to improve their speed. This book aims to help all Young Sprinters' coaches, parents and teachers. It also will be helpful in any sports that value fast running.
Training Kids for Speed offers many methods based on recent research. These methods help improve running technique and increase speed effectively

It is possible to learn the latest sprinting techniques. These techniques are used by top athletes like Marion Jones and Maurice Greene. Learning them can be very beneficial. The method can be taught to kids once its elements are clearly understood. However, acquiring this technique as a mature athlete requires long, comprehensive-term training. The goal should focus on building the necessary physical skills. After that, these skills can be applied to enhance running performance. Training Kids for Speed outlines the process that is required."

My passion as a coach has also been developing middle-distance runners. It is essential to work patiently and consistently to improve your running form and speed. Good middle-distance performance depends on an athlete's ability to run with proper form. This helps them maintain the necessary speed for the duration of their event. Thus, the principles explained in this book are essential to a runner of any distance.

All young athletes need to learn and practise running correctly to run faster and avoid injury.

To Coaches,

You should notice clear improvements by using the ideas in Training Kids for Speed. This will be true for the running performances of the athletes or players you coach. Additionally, doing different activities, like medicine ball exercises, between sets can be beneficial. This section will explain how to design suitable sessions.
